Hi, I’m Lisa L. Walsh—a happily married wife, proud mom of two amazing adult children, Vanessa and Jade, and a passionate advocate for wellness, adventure, and living life to the fullest. My husband Chris and I share a love for exploring the world together, from rugged mountains to serene beaches, vast deserts, and one day, the lush jungles we dream of visiting. Our adventures are often paired with our shared passions for cooking, biking, yoga, offroading, Jeeping, camping, and hosting game nights with friends.

Throughout my life, I’ve faced challenges with weight and nerve issues. But those experiences have fueled my journey toward holistic wellness. I’ve been doing master cleanses since 2005, which sparked a deeper interest in spiritual and natural health practices. Today, I am a certified halotherapist specializing in Dry Salt Therapy and continually seek new ways to enhance my well-being.

My goal? To get back into my favorite pair of jeans, feel strong and vibrant, and set myself up for a fulfilling retirement filled with health, joy, and adventure. I’m excited to share my journey and inspire others to embrace healthier, happier lives along the way!
